On your 1999 Ford F-150 with factory 4-Way flat, the brake controller port is located under the dash close to the center console. It is near the OBDII diagnostic port. I have included a link to a video showing installation of a brake controller that shows this location. Your truck uses harness # 3035-P and not # 3034-P.
You will also need to add a 7-Way connector. For that I recommend # 118242 which also includes the relays and fuses to make the harness functional. You might want to check... view full answer...
The correct replacement for the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars that fit a 1997 Ford F-150 will depend on what cab size you have on your truck.

A 1997 Ford F-150 with the factory tow package and 7-way at the rear of the truck would have a factory brake controller port under the dash. You'd need an install harness like the part # 3035-P and you'd be set.
The brake controller I recommend is the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 because this brake controller senses the amount of braking your tow vehicle is applying and puts a proportional amount of braking on the trailer's brakes. It also has a display that uses full words instead of codes... view full answer...
I did some research and it looks like the tonneau you're referencing is no longer available and the replacement parts aren't stocked anymore.
The best thing you can do in this situation is either contact the manufacturer and see if there is something they can do or replace you cover.
If you're interested in replacing your cover and wanted to stick with Extang, the Extang Trifecta 2.0 Soft Tonneau Cover # EX92710 is a great option and would fit your '99 F-150/250. view full answer...
The best way to determine which line on a transmission cooler is the return line from the radiator is to use the following procedure:
1. Start engine while engine is cold
2. Place transmission shift lever in drive for no more than 10 seconds
3. Place in Park, stop engine, and remove keys
4. Identify the oil return line by feeling both oil lines. The coolest line is the oil return line.
On the aftermarket transmission cooler the ports are not input specific or output specific. It is not... view full answer...
Yes there is. The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite, part # RED44FR, can be wired to the # 3035-S adapter which is then plugged into the factory connector under the dashboard of your 1998 Ford F-150.
The adapter and the Redarc controller both use the standard black, white, red, and blue wire colors and connect color to color to make the install easier. view full answer...
The Ford Replacemenet OEM Tow Package Wiring harness part # 118242 is not sold without the 7-way so ordering this part number would be your best option. 7-ways don't always last forever so with this you'd at least have a spare. view full answer...

I don't know why another site has it listed out that way (it could just be the package dimensions), but what I can say is that the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars # 23-1435 we have here at etrailer.com look to be the same length as what you have. I don't have our exact dimensions but I'm posting the photos you sent in as well as the photo we took after we installed this kit on a 2000 Ford F-150 so you can see what they look like as well. view full answer...
We definitely can get you all the right parts to add brakes to your boat trailer. We first need to know what hubs your trailer has so that we can pick out the correct hub/drums and then build the rest of the parts you need from there. I attached a link that will walk you through the entire process but first you'll want to pull the hubs off of the trailer and get either the diameter of the spindles where the bearings ride or get me the numbers of the bearings.
I attached a picture that... view full answer...
The installation instructions for the custom brake controller adapter # 3035-P indicate that the brake controller port is under the dash, near the center of the console. The port will have a 6-pin connector that will mate with the one on the adapter at the end of the harness.
I have attached a photo of the harness end connector for you to compare to the fitting you have found in your truck.
If you do not already have a brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake... view full answer...
The Dexter 10-Inch Nev-R-Adjust Electric Brake Assembly for 3.5K Axles, parts # 23-469 (right) and # 23-468 (left) will work with a 2800-lb axle as long as it has the same 4-bolt mounting pattern (holes that are 2-7/8-inches apart on center).
The hub/drum assembly you referenced, etrailer # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K, will work with these brake assemblies and as long as the included bearings match your current ones they will fit your spindles.

We typically try to use 1/2 inch stainless steel staples when we install the CE Smith Deluxe Marine-Grade Carpeting, # CE11330, but 3/8 inch staples will work too. I would not go much shorter than the 3/8 inch staples because you don't want them to work their way out over time. I strongly recommend using stainless steel staples if possible. They will last much longer because they provide the best rust resistance.
I would also recommend uses a hammer to drive the staples all the way into... view full answer...
The Curt # C57WR Universal Truck Bed Exender will fit nearly all full size pickup trucks including Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Dodge, Ram, and Nissan, with standard 60" wide tail gates. (6.5 foot and longer beds) and provide 36-1/2 inches of additional bed length for storage and hauling. May not work with flare-style tailgates. Compatible with most tonneau covers.
You will need to measure your tail gate width to be for sure. view full answer...
The overall diameter of your trailer tires is 27.1 inches. So for a wheel cover that would work great with your tire size you would want # CAM45322. I attached a review video for you to check out as well. view full answer...
We do have a few 1/2" wheel options like the Trailer Wheel Bolts # RG02-020 you inquired about. Alternatively we do have the Dexter Wheel Bolt - 1/2" Diameter - 2-11/16" Long # 7-262, and the Kodiak Wheel Bolt # K12WB2.

I have included a picture that should help. When the trailer is coupled to the truck there should be 16 to 24 inches between the bumper of the truck and the trailer. If you are at the lower end of the range or just want peace of mind that clearance will not be an issue at the back of the truck I recommend an adapter with an offset, # AM3139, which has 8 inches of offset.
An offset adapter like the Ranch Hitch listed above will provide more clearance between the truck bumper and the trailer... view full answer...
The aux circuit of the # 30717 which is the yellow wire does not have to ran anywhere if the trailer does not need it. Typically this would run to the reverse light circuit if a back up light or reverse lockout solenoid was used. But for nearly all RV applications you don't have to connect that wire. view full answer...
The only differences in the 3 Curt Trailer Hitch Receivers # 13355, # C13038 and # 13359 for your 1999 Ford F-150 XL Flairside, is the construction and shape of the receiver cross tube and mounting plates. Of these 3 I would choose the Receiver # C13038.
The reason I prefer the Receiver # C13038 is its basic design. The cross tube is straight steel square tubing, this is much stronger than tubing that has a bend in it and the welding area of the square tubing is more than the same outer... view full answer...
